Thomas Electrical Solutions, Inc. is proud to partner with Pitt Community College to offer a robust Electrical Apprenticeship Program designed to train and develop the next generation of skilled electricians. This earn-while-you-learn program combines accredited online classroom instruction with paid, hands-on training in the field, giving apprentices a solid foundation for a long-term career in the electrical industry.

This program is designed for eligible Thomas Electrical Solutions employees who are ready to advance their careers in the electrical industry. After completing at least one year of employment with TES and meeting all program eligibility requirements, employees may have the opportunity to enter the apprenticeship program. Apprentices gain real-world experience, receive paid on-the-job training, and learn from experienced electrical professionals while completing their classroom instruction.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for the Thomas Electrical Solutions Electrical Apprenticeship Program, applicants must:
– Be at least 18 years old.
– Be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
– Have a high school diploma or GED.
– Have been employed with Thomas Electrical Solutions, Inc. for at least one year.
